Art Circle of Lakes sponsors the annual Art Leap each Fall. The 2007 event begins with a driving tour of artists' studios and other cultural destinations in the Park Rapids Lakes Area on September 21-22 through the Fergus Falls Area Art Crawl on Sept 28-29.
